About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative Senior Marketing Specialist who thrives on brainstorming bold ideas and turning them into impactful, fully executed campaigns. This is a role for someone who can combine inventive thinking with hands-on delivery—especially in producing engaging written, visual, and video content that captures attention and drives engagement.

You will collaborate closely with leadership and other teams to create standout campaigns that connect with both technical and business audiences. Your work will span campaign ideation, creative direction, content creation, video production, event support, and partner/customer engagement.

Creative Autonomy

In this role, you will have the freedom to explore fresh ideas, experiment with new formats, and push creative boundaries. We're looking for someone who can confidently pitch bold concepts, take ownership from ideation to delivery, and continually refine based on audience feedback. You'll be encouraged to test, learn, and innovate—without being held back by "how it's always been done."

What You'll DoCampaigns & Creative Direction

  • Lead campaign brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams, generating innovative concepts aligned to business goals.
  • Take campaigns from initial idea through to full execution, ensuring creative quality and brand alignment.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure campaigns support pipeline growth and customer engagement.
  • Identify fresh, creative approaches for brand awareness, product launches, and partner enablement.

Content, Video & Storytelling

  • Oversee and execute video content production—concept development, scripting, editing, and post-production for campaigns, product showcases, and brand storytelling.
  • Write and edit engaging content for blogs, social media, landing pages, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop campaign visuals, collateral, and supporting creative assets.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and narrative across all communications.
  • Engage with relevant online communities and channels to build brand presence.

Email & Partner Communications

  • Create and manage onboarding and lifecycle communications for partners and customers.
  • Deliver product updates, newsletters, and other ongoing communications with a focus on value and clarity.

Events & Enablement

  • Plan and execute event marketing campaigns, from promotions to follow-up activities.
  • Produce event collateral, guides, templates, and co-branded assets to support partner/customer engagement.

What We're Looking ForMust-Haves

  • 4+ years in a creative marketing role.
  • Proven ability to lead and participate in campaign brainstorming and take ideas through to full delivery.
  • Professional experience in video content production—including concepting, editing, and optimising for multiple platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing events end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and content management tools.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently.

Bonus Points

  • Experience marketing to MSPs, telcos, IT resellers, or infrastructure/cloud audiences.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot,, WordPress, or similar platforms.
  • Active participation in industry or technical communities.
  • Experience working remotely across time zones.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php70,000.00 per month
