Position: Senior Marketing Manager – Food & Beverage

Location: Quezon City, On-site

Reports To: Director of Marketing

Industry: Food & Beverage / FMCG / Consumer Goods

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will lead all aspects of marketing, from strategy development to campaign execution, with a focus on driving brand loyalty, increasing product visibility, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing strategy across all channels (digital, trade, retail, experiential).
  • Oversee branding initiatives for existing and new products.
  • Build partnerships with distributors, retailers, and media agencies.
  • Analyze consumer trends and translate insights into marketing action.
  • Manage team of marketing coordinators and specialists.
  • Deliver clear and measurable campaign performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in F&B or CPG marketing.
  • Leadership experience and a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong digital marketing skills and data-driven mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
