The role
Generali Life Assurance Philippines, Inc. is seeking a talented Senior Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the most suitable insurance solutions to meet their specific needs
- Continuously gather market intelligence and industry insights to stay ahead of the competition
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through your exceptional sales skills
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven success in the senior sales or account management role within the life insurance industry specialized in sales brokerships, sales direct, or agency sales.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience required
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value of our products and services
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client situations
- Thorough understanding of the life insurance industry, regulations, and market trends
- Basic understanding of life insurance products required
