WHAT IS A/AN PERFORMANCE MEDIA EXECUTIVE
The Performance Media Executive is responsible for the implementation, setup, reporting and optimization of performance media campaigns across the News Corp network and other major publishers on behalf of clients.
This role ensures the quality of campaign activation and delivery, focusing on creative implementation, campaign setup, QA, pacing, optimization, and reporting. With a focus on accuracy and compliance, the Performance Media Executive mitigates risks to revenue through accurate and timely campaign implementation and activation.
Leveraging expertise in digital creative, rich media, video, DSP's and performance outcomes, the role provides assistance and operational support for the Performance Media team, driving operational excellence and efficiency.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

Creative Management
Successfully traffick and implement creative variations from rich media, native display and video
Ensures creative implementation is compliant with platform audit standards and passes all metrics to start serving
Campaign Setup and Activation
Reliably and accurately sets up campaign shells to support the Performance Media team
Ensures best practices are followed to keep operational excellence
Campaign Management & Delivery
Successfully manage and deliver performance media campaigns throughout their lifecycle, including pre-campaign forecasting, setup and QA, go-live pacing, optimisations, and end-of-campaign reporting.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Identify and resolve under-pacing campaigns to mitigate revenue risks, ensuring timely and effective optimisations.
Proactively address outstanding digital creative issues to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet client expectations.
Campaign Reporting
Provide business insights into campaigns as well as support performance media managers on building recommendations for future campaigns
Mid and post campaign reporting
Reporting dashboard setup and management
Screenshot/ Proof of Execution and preview links to share for approvals.
Compliance & Best Practices
Uphold ad product rules and ensure adherence to auditing compliance standards across all campaigns.
Influence the acceptance of bookings by hedging high-risk inventory with alternate solutions, while prioritising and maximising on-net inventory.
