Job Description

Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok Ads, focusing on both branding and conversion objectives.

Analyze campaign data to monitor performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.

Develop audience targeting strategies based on local market insights and consumer behavior.

Conduct A/B testing to identify best-performing ad variations and improve campaign results.

Manage daily budgets, pacing, and campaign scaling according to performance goals.

Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and local market dynamics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

0-2years of experience in digital media buying, preferably in consumer electronics, e-commerce, or retail.

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.

Proven track record managing brand awareness and performance (sales/conversion) campaigns.

Solid understanding of data analytics, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad funnel optimization.

Detail-oriented and highly analytical, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
