Job Responsibilities:

1) Drive expansion of performance media resources and traffic platforms in the Philippines by negotiating, securing, and managing partnerships through contract execution, coordination, and payment settlement to meet stage-based targets

2) Manage full partnership lifecycle: contract negotiation, onboarding, performance tracking, and payment settlement

3) Act as key liaison with media partners; develop deep understanding of their ad delivery mechanisms and local collaboration models

4) Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with media partners through proactive communication and market intelligence gathering

5) Gather and analyze local market intelligence, delivering high-value insights to internal teams through industry networking and research

6) Support operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day business execution

Job Requirements:

1) Bachelor's degree or above; excellent English communication skills for business settings

2) Minimum 2 years of hands-on media business development or publisher management experience in the Philippines

3) Solid network and deep knowledge of local media ecosystem, ad platforms, and settlement procedures

4) Demonstrated ability to independently develop and close local media partnerships

5) Strong business acumen, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

6) High execution ability, detail-oriented, proactive with strong ownership mentality
