Qualifications


• Must possess a bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any other related course.


• Preferably has an ojt experience with accounting firm or any related field.


• Fresh grad are welcome to apply


• Proficient in Microsoft Office or other accounting system.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Can work under pressure and with less supervision.


• Organized and highly analytical.

Responsibilites


• Responsible for processing and maintaining records in a day-to-day basis, including the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliation of accounts, bank reconciliation.


• Prepare, Calculate and schedule Tax payments.


• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analysing account information.


• Assistance in the month-end financial closing, financial statements preparation and analysis.


• Communicating to management on reports that will be assigned such as, but not limited to weekly cash position, monthly statement of operations and financial position and all other financial reports as may be required by the management for its decision making.


• Assistance in maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures to management.


• Compliance with government reports such as, but not limited to BIR and SEC.


• Audit of some specific accounts and/or whole accounting cycle as required or necessary.


• Perform other accounting related task as assigned by the immediate head.
