Credit and Collection Manager
Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible in the monitoring of the field collectors (collection agent and sales team) performance or productivity
- Responsible in developing and implementing credit policies
- Monitor and manage the credit risk of the organization
- Ensure timely and efficient collection of outstanding debts
- Prepare and present reports on credit and collection activities to senior management
- Able to lead efficiently the credit and collection team
- Create credit risk management environment of an acceptable quality in terms of established credit guidelines
- Conduct regular audits of credit and collections activities
- Identify and mitigate potential credit risks
- Develop maintain strong relationships with clients
- Implement technology solutions to improve the credit and collection process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in credit and collection management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of reducing delinquency rates and improving cash flow
- Comprehensive experience across Order to cash processes, including AR operations such as cash application and billing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with ERP systems
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Strong customer service orientation
