Job Title: ICT Solutions Specialist (Cybersecurity & Infrastructure)
Focus: Government Sector (Education, Healthcare, National Agencies, GOCCs)
Salary + Milestone-Based Commission
About the Role:
Doña Alejandra, Inc. (DAI) is establishing a dedicated division focused on high-value Cybersecurity and Cloud Infrastructure. We are looking for an ICT Solutions Specialist to lead our expansion into the Government sector.
We provide the technical firepower (Pre-Sales Engineers from our Principal + Internal Technical Support); we need you to be the Relationship Manager and Deal Architect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and prospect new opportunities within the government and public sectors to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Account Management: Nurture relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for infrastructure and security upgrades.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct client needs assessments to understand pain points and propose tailored ICT solutions that deliver tangible value.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process—from initial contact and product presentation to proposal submission and closing—while coordinating with technical teams.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of B2B Sales experience. Experience selling to the Government (NGAs, LGUs, GOCCs) or Education/Healthcare sectors is a massive advantage.
- Brand Experience: Previous experience selling cybersecurity brands such as Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, Cisco, or SonicWall is a distinct advantage. We value candidates who already understand the security landscape.
- Procurement Knowledge: Familiarity with Gov Procurement Law, PhilGEPS, or the government bidding process is highly preferred.
- Tech Awareness: You don't need to be an engineer, but you must understand the basics of Network Security (Firewalls, Anti-Virus) vs. commodity IT.
- Soft Skills: You have the patience required for government transactions and the ability to present to Department Heads and Agency Leaders.
- Grit: You are self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to do field work.
