Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Uptown Taguig City. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing strategies across digital channels. Daily tasks include overseeing social media campaigns, analyzing web and campaign performance, crafting content for online marketing initiatives, and driving brand awareness through digital platforms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure alignment and achieve marketing objectives.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Creates and executes creative social media campaigns aligned with digital marketing strategy for Megaworld International in various formats such as static images, GIF, reels and short videos
  • Supports and collaborates with the digital marketing manager in campaign planning and activation
  • Coordinates and works with internal and external support teams involved in digital marketing projects
  • Performs various administrative tasks such as but not limited to recording minutes during meetings, and facilitating required documentation from pre- to post-campaign activities
  • Works with directions of the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Reports to the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Provides support for Megaworld International's Marketing Group especially in activities relating to sales support

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze data to optimize marketing campaigns
  • Creativity and an understanding of current digital trends
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms related to digital marketing and analytics
  • Copy / content writing, graphic design and video editing skills using Adobe Creative Cloud platforms and/or Canva
  • Knowledge in SEO article writing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
