We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic advertising team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to enhance brand presence, generate leads, and support client goals. You will collaborate with the creative, sales, and account management teams to deliver high-impact marketing strategies that align with industry trends and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
  • Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and manage PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Develop engaging content and ad creatives tailored to target audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports on ROI and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the advertising industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Manage the company's social media presence, community engagement, and online reputation.
  • Optimize landing pages, websites, and ad creatives for improved performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an advertising or creative agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
  • Excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in programmatic advertising or influencer marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
