We are seeking a Sourcing & Data Operations Manager who will serve as the master of our recruiting data systems and sourcing infrastructure. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining, enriching, and optimizing our database and sourcing processes to ensure we operate with speed, accuracy, and strategic foresight. This is a replacement role for a key team member who held this position for 5 years and was instrumental in building a world-class sourcing and data management infrastructure. We're looking for someone who can match or exceed that level of performance and ownership.

Key Responsibilities


• Job Order Sourcing{​{:}} Use detailed SOPs to source candidates from platforms like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn RPS, and HireEZ. Create Boolean searches and assign proper tags and contact data.


• Contact Data Enrichment{​{:}} Fix bad or missing contact information via daily workflows using tools like WhitePages, TruePeopleSearch, and email sequence feedback from Outplay

• Database Maintenance{​{:}} Maintain, update, and clean our database of 170,000 records across multiple sourcing and sales lists. Ensure all data fields are accurate and up-to-dat

• Automation & Workflow Support{​{:}} Collaborate on the ongoing refinement of sourcing, sales, and interim hiring workflows. Manage automation platforms like Outplay for email and calendar sequenc

• AI Usage{​{:}} Integrate AI tools into daily operations to improve speed and accuracy. Use AI to assist in decision-making, workflow optimization, and bulk data process
