Job Role and Description:

As a Data Analyst at Denova, you will play a key role in turning data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This position is ideal for someone passionate about data, eager to learn and ready to contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch consulting services. You will work closely with various teams to analyse data, generate reports and help optimise our clients' operations while adhering to stringent data security standards.

This role is open solely to fresh graduates based in the Philippines. You will work on a fully-remote setup, following mid-shift hours (3 PM to 12 MN Philippine Time)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean and analyse client data from various sources and provide required services to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights.
  • Assist in identifying trends, patterns and anomalies in data that can lead to business improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client's data needs and deliver relevant solutions.
  • Support data-driven projects by providing accurate and timely analysis.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of data management processes and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in data analysis.
  • Engage in Internal Denova Activities (Sales lead generation, blog and article writing, conducting research, creating posts for social media, and being Denova brand ambassador).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python (experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable way.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of data analysis.
  • With understanding of data security standards and practices, particularly in handling client data.
