JOB SUMMARY:

The Property Sourcing Specialist is directly reporting to Property Sourcing Officer and Manager and is responsible for sourcing and securing real estate properties to complement the target requirements of Hotel Sogo, ADW and, H&H with regard to its revenue targets.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • In-charge in prospecting, identifying, sourcing and evaluating properties for potential projects

  • Does feasibility studies, due diligence (legal and technical) and financial runs for potential property purchases including verifying with government offices or agencies all documents and necessary requirements.

  • Facilitates project technical studies and property inspection.

  • Does preliminary market research and analysis, and coordinates with the Sales and Marketing Department when necessary for in-depth market study.

  • Updates regularly the monitoring of sourced properties available for pooling of prospect potential project locations.

  • Perform due verification of the potential target clients.

  • Conduct aggressive negotiation with the clients (property owner, landlord, developer, and association) up to closing of account.

COMPETENCIES:

  • Effective communicator with both writing and speaking skills in English.

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

  • Strong experience in land acquisition, development and documentation.

  • Excellence organizational skills.

  • Advanced skills in critical thinking, financial analysis, market analysis and negotiation.

  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.

  • Excellent skills in research and technical writing.

EDUCATION:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, and Property Development/Real Estate Management, Engineering or related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • At least one (1) year of experience in property sourcing or land acquisition or related business development experience or in the same capacity, preferably from a service delivery (BPO/Shared Service) setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
