About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Writer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client interaction, and is passionate about maintaining high standards of service and documentation. Hours are 8a-5pm MTN, M-F.

Primary Responsibilities

SmileBack Reviews

  • Follow up with clients who leave positive reviews
  • Express appreciation for their feedback
  • Encourage them to leave a Google review

Employee Car Insurance

  • Maintain and update employee car insurance records

Triage Board

  • Monitor and manage incoming service issues
  • Ensure timely and accurate triage of requests

Webphone Support

  • Handle support calls professionally via webphone

Service Ticket Closure

  • Ensure service tickets are properly closed and documented

Collections Support

  • Assist with resolving outstanding balances

Internet Service Requests

  • Perform availability checks
  • Process service requests efficiently

SOP Documentation

  • Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in a customer or client service role involving ticket management

* 3+ years of experience working in a graveyard shift (MST hours preferred)

* Confident and a professional communicator, comfortable speaking with a wide range of clients over the phone including handling difficult or upset callers with patience and empathy

* Has handled creating and maintaining SOPs

* Committed to long-term employment and professional growth within the company

* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

* Self-motivated and dependable, able to work efficiently in a fully remote environment

* Previous experience in customer support or service coordination strongly preferred

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

* Familiarity with ticketing and documentation systems (e.g., CRM or helpdesk tools) is a plus

* Able to provide professional references from supervisors and an active NBI clearance upon request

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php58, Php60,000.00 per month
