We are seeking a Remote Grant and Tender Writer to support our growth by researching funding opportunities and preparing compelling applications and proposals.

Role Overview

The Grant and Tender Writer will be responsible for researching, identifying, and preparing funding applications, tenders, and proposals that align with Avsar Group's strategic goals. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who has experience preparing successful submissions in the healthcare or service sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify suitable grant, tender, and funding opportunities across local, state, and federal government levels, as well as private and philanthropic sources.
• Prepare high-quality grant applications, EOIs, and tender responses that align with organisational objectives and meet funding requirements.
• Write clear, persuasive, and outcomes-focused content that highlights Avsar Group's expertise and impact.
• Liaise with internal teams to collect data, project details, and supporting evidence for submissions.
• Manage timelines and coordinate submission processes to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Maintain a register of funding opportunities, submissions, outcomes, and key dates.
• Conduct post-submission reviews and provide recommendations for improving future applications.
• Keep up to date with funding trends, procurement policies, and relevant regulations within the Australian healthcare and services sectors.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience in grant writing and/or tender preparation within Australia, ideally in healthcare, cleaning, or service industries.
• Strong research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills.
• Understanding of Australian government procurement and funding frameworks.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online tender/grant submission platforms.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with compliance, accreditation, and quality systems in healthcare or services is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, Health Management, or a related field (desirable).
• Demonstrated success in winning grants or tenders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php60,000.00 per month
