Main Functions:

  • Coordinate with Property Management Team for Tenants Electricity and Water Consumption reading.
  • Timely preparation and submission of Billing statement to PMO, to transmit to Tenants
  • Timely recording of Billing transactions into the System
  • Monitor and follow up collections from Tenants
  • Ensure consistency in the implementation of Accounting standards
  • Update the Billing Status monitoring report
  • Update the Collection monitoring report
  • Update the receivable report weekly & monthly
  • Update the utilities consumption report
  • Other tasks to assigned from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
