Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer, located in Quezon City. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating construction drawings, selecting finishes and materials, and collaborating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Additional responsibilities include designing interiors that align with both functional requirements and aesthetic standards, as well as sourcing and curating furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to enhance overall design concepts.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Space Planning and developing effective layouts for optimized functionality and aesthetics
  • Knowledge of Architecture and expertise in creating and interpreting Construction Drawings
  • Strong skills in Interior Design, with the ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute design solutions
  • Experience in FF&E selection, sourcing, and procurement
  • Proficient in design software and tools commonly used in the industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Previous experience in residential and/or commercial design projects is a plus
