Job Description:

To lead and manage all activities related to the receiving, unloading, processing, and put-away of inbound freight and materials within the distribution center, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced Distribution Center, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Retail environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for reporting/analysis), and SAP systems.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team in a physical, goal-oriented environment.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Willing to assign in Consolacion, Cebu
