Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic
Brand Manager to lead KIKO Milano in the Philippines.
This role is responsible for driving brand growth, ensuring smooth operations, and coordinating closely with global principals. The Brand Manager will oversee cross-functional teams, manage projects, and ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Business Leadership


• Develop and implement brand strategies in alignment with global directives.


• Ensure brand consistency in communication, retail execution, and marketing initiatives.


• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.


• Lead product launches, campaigns, and in-store activations.

Principal Coordination


• Serve as the key liaison with KIKO Milano global/regional principals.


• Align local initiatives with principal directives and provide timely business updates.


• Translate brand guidelines into actionable local strategies.

Financial Understanding & Reporting


• Read, understand, and interpret P&L statements to support decision-making.


• Provide inputs on budgets, forecasts, and financial plans

Project & Operations Management


• Oversee project execution such as store openings, rollouts, and marketing campaigns.


• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure high-quality execution.


• Monitor operational KPIs and recommend actions to improve efficiency.

Team & Department Oversight


• Oversee and guide all departments (sales, marketing, operations, support functions).


• Mentor and develop team members to achieve both brand and business goals.


• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field


• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in cosmetics, retail, beauty, or FMCG.


• Strong brand-building and marketing strategy expertise.


• Ability to read and interpret P&L statements (financial acumen).


• Solid experience in project management and cross-functional leadership.


• Strong communication skills and experience coordinating with international principals.


• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.


• Strategic yet hands-on, with a commercial mindset.
