Purchasing Associate supports the importation team by providing claims support to any insurance liabilities we or the suppliers may have.

You will provide both international and local purchasing support by sourcing leveraged means to transport products from our suppliers to our shores. Also, provide sourcing expertise in purchasing local services or products needed by the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalized purchase orders are prepared correctly and within the same working day prior the cut-off time of 3pm.
  • Orders are dispatched as per agreed delivery lead time and 100% fulfilled.
  • 100% Shipment related rejects are reported for suspected damage to insurance within 7 days. Requirements are submitted within 30 days from filing. Dependency to QA, Imports, and Finance.
  • 100% compliance on the documentary requirements for new suppliers including data privacy consent and database are accurately prepared and updated.
  • 70% of Transactions are well encoded, updated real time and accurate including attachments.
  • To provide proposal on how to increase our accredited vendors and evaluation of the existing vendors.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a similar field.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a purchasing and claims associate, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates may apply.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • The ability to create strong working relationships with personnel, suppliers, and management.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
