JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Field Engineer for Rebar and Formworks is responsible for managing and supervising all site activities related to reinforcement steel and formwork works. This includes preparing and maintaining rebar cutting lists, installation details, and progress reports, as well as estimating material requirements and monitoring inventory. The role ensures that all works meet quality standards and comply with architectural and structural drawings. The Field Engineer supervises fabricators and installers, inspects workmanship, and coordinates with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to ensure accurate and efficient project execution. The position also requires active participation in meetings, effective communication with stakeholders, and direct reporting to the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for project-related activities.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 3-5 years Field Engineer
  • MS Offices, Estimate, Communication Skills, Leadership
  • Willing to be assigned in Camarines Norte.
