Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. The role is responsible for delivering technical solutions, supporting client requirements, and ensuring proper product implementation and after-sales service. This position involves client coordination, collaboration with the sales team, and active participation in project execution from pre-sales presentations to commissioning and post-delivery support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to assess requirements and recommend the most suitable technical solutions
  • Present and explain technical product details to clients during meetings, site visits, and conferences
  • Provide support to the Sales Executive during plant visits, surveys, and deliveries
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's product line and keep updated with industry developments
  • Conduct product quality checks, assist in fabrication/testing, and oversee shipments as necessary
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation including service reports, warranty letters, Gantt charts, and activity reports
  • Handle commissioning, installation, and after-sales technical service
  • Safely operate and maintain the company vehicle for project-related travel and material transport

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field)
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant technical/engineering experience
  • Strong background in troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Licensed Engineer is an advantage
  • Willing to travel for client visits and project assignments
