Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in Japanese language — can read, write/type and speak
  • At least high school graduate (old curriculum)
  • Open to Filipino and foreign candidates (with at least tourist visa)
  • At least N3 level proficiency, with or without certification
  • Must be conversant in English
  • Amenable to work onsite in Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City
  • Has complete documents

Key Responsibilities:

· Responds promptly to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat, and/or social media).

· Resolves customer issues and provides technical assistance.

· Documents customer interactions and maintains accurate records.

· Escalates complex issues to appropriate teams or external organizations.

· Identify and resolve complex customer issues by analyzing account performance data and troubleshoot technical issues related to Ad campaign management, budgeting, and optimization.

· Assist high-end clients addressing concerns related account setup, billing, campaign creation, and optimization.

· Upsells additional features and services to enhance customer value.

· Participates in projects to streamline procedures and improve efficiency.

· Provides feedback and suggestions for process optimization.

· Processes applications and makes compliance decisions in accordance with program guidelines.

· Develop a deep understanding of Advertising products and services.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of Client and Advertising related topics

· Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing excellent service and resolving issues efficiently.

· Build strong relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy and understanding.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
