Quality Assurance Officer I (Rolling Intake)Ensure product quality and compliance with standards at the leading bakeshop, Goldilocks. Your Role:Key responsibilities as follows:Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products.

Conduct physicochemical and laboratory analyses. Oversee GMP implementation. Collect and compile statistical quality data.

Review customer feedback and address complaints. About You:Candidates should possess the following:A Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent.

Willingness to work on shifting schedules. Strong analytical skills. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO is advantageous.
