Quality Control - Sampling Inspection& Testing:

  1. Work according to established procedures and product specifications and requirements.
  2. Supervise the QA Team Leaders and QA Inspectors in the line/routine, finished product inspection and other inspection pertaining to processing of casing product both in shirring and printing process.
  3. Provides disposition on non-conformances reports issued for semi-finished and finished goods casing.
  4. Monitors calibration of machine and other testing equipment use in routine/line inspection.
  5. Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports submitted to QA Manager for review and approval.
  6. Supervise the QA Inspector in the incoming inspection of raw materials (chemical and semi-finished), packaging materials and laboratory analysis such as mineral oil test of finished casing products, solution for testing, RO water test & other related test to products.
  7. Provides disposition on non-conformances reports issued for raw materials and packaging material.
  8. Verify committed corrective action as written on Non-Conformance and Corrective Action Report for Customer Complaints.
  9. Supervise inspection of return and aging products and semi-finished materials.
  10. Coordinate with Process Engineering on the evaluation of new products, machine and processes.
  11. Monitor and provide disposition for raw materials and products in the SAP Hold Inventory (Q status) monthly.
  12. Monitor expiry date of raw materials and chemicals in the inventory and request for necessary documents to concerned department.
  13. Supervise issuance of Supplier Quality Complaint Report to supplier and monitor response on timely manner.
  14. Provide rating for supplier and services related to Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

Quality Assurance – Management System, Others

1.     Act as trainer on basic training for ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP and other quality and food safety related trainings.

2.     Assist Quality Assurance Manager in the formulation of QA plans and monitoring of programs to achievedepartmental objectives and plans to continuously improve QA processes.

  1. Spearhead in the management of Customer Complaint process, ensuring that all reports concerning to customers is being provided on time.
