Quality Assurance Officer I (Rolling Intake)Ensure product quality and compliance with standards at the leading bakeshop, Goldilocks. Your Role:Key responsibilities include:Monitoring the quality of raw materials and finished products.

Conducting physicochemical and laboratory analyses. Overseeing GMP implementation. Collecting and compiling statistical quality data.

Reviewing customer feedback and addressing complaints. About You:Candidates should possess:A Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or an equivalent field.

Willingness to work on shifting schedules. Strong analytical skills. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO is advantageous.
