Job Title: Accounting and Administrative Staff

Job Summary:

The Accounting and Administrative Staff is responsible for providing support to the finance and administrative operations of the company. This role includes maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in the preparation of reports, handling office documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in payroll processing and related government contributions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support external and internal audits by preparing necessary documentation.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and general office maintenance.
  • Prepare and organize company documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Maintain employee records and handle basic HR administrative tasks.
  • Support management in various administrative projects as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in accounting or administrative work.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience with payroll and government reporting (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.)
  • Knowledge of basic tax and bookkeeping principles.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
