Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Cash Applications Specialist is responsible for processing customer receipts and adjustments in an accurate and timely manner for specific business sectors and countries.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1 to 2 years in Accounts Receivable/Cash Applications role preferably in MNC
  • Experience Required: 1–2 years in SAP, JDE, and Excel (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.

Working knowledge of SAP and JDE Oracle is a plus

Technology proficiency in Microsoft Office (power point, word, excel)

Excellent data entry and processing skills with an eye for detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask and manage time and multiple deadlines

Must possess ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable

Work Set-up

  • Shift Schedule: Mid-shift, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid
  • Start Date: ASAP (to support year-end activities)
