About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team at A SYSTEM INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION' as a Financial Account Customer Service Representative (CSR) working on virtual processes. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to the company's clients, with a focus on handling financial accounts. The role offers the flexibility of remote work from the comfort of your own home.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to financial accounts, such as billing, payments, and account information
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all clients
  • Accurately documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide seamless customer support

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle various customer inquiries and issues
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continual improvement
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the company's operational needs
