About the role

As the Warehouse & Logistics Generalist at the Primary Group of Builders', you will play a key role in supporting the company's warehousing, storage and distribution operations. This full-time position is based in Cebu City, Cebu and is a vital part of ensuring the efficient and effective management of the company's supply chain.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and implementing stock control procedures

  • Coordinating the transportation and distribution of goods to customers and project sites

  • Supervising and training warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols

  • Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and implement process improvements

  • Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain management

  • Preparing reports and analysis to support business decision-making

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar warehousing, logistics or supply chain role

  • Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Proficient in inventory management and stock control procedures

  • Knowledge of transportation and distribution processes within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with relevant warehousing and logistics software and technologies

  • A team player with the ability to lead and motivate warehouse staff

  • Willing to travel to multiple warehouse location
