The Operations Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end logistics operations of cosmetics products, ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution from suppliers to customers. This role requires strong expertise in inventory control, warehouse management, and supply chain optimization to ensure timely deliveries, maintain product quality, reduce costs, and enhance service efficiency while complying with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics & Distribution Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods from manufacturing facilities to warehouses, retail outlets, distributors, and customers.
  • Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with logistics providers and freight forwarders.
  • Ensure on-time deliveries while minimizing transportation and operational costs.

2. Inventory Control

  • Oversee inventory management systems to track stock levels, product batches, and expiry dates.
  • Implement demand forecasting and replenishment strategies to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.

3. Warehouse Management

  • Supervise warehouse layout, storage, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to maintain product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize warehouse processes for efficient order fulfillment and cost reduction.

4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff and inventory clerks.
  • Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams to align supply with demand.

5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare reports on delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and warehouse productivity.
