Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. The right candidate will assist in design, project execution, site supervision, and ensure compliance with engineering and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review structural, site development,
  • Develop and submit permit drawings and documents for local government units.
  • Monitor construction activities onsite to ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and health & safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, surveyors, and relevant stakeholders for smooth project executions.
  • Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and prepare technical reports.
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred but fresh graduates with strong academic record and internships considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in civil design, site supervision, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent civil engineering/design software.
  • Strong understanding of local building codes, zoning, and permit requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Works well under pressure.
