Project Engineer – Civil / Geodetic Engineer

Work Location:

  • Office: Cainta, Rizal (On-site)
  • Field: Various project sites (field-based)

Work Schedule:

  • Field-based: 6 days per week (depending on project requirements)
  • Office-based: 5 days per week

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Engineer (Civil/Geodetic) to join our growing team. This role involves managing field surveys, supervising a surveying team, and ensuring projects are executed accurately and on time. You will work both on-site and in the field, depending on project needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the geodetic surveying team.
  • Conduct surveys to determine exact positions, measurements, elevations, contours, and other land features.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze survey data using equipment (total station, GPS, level, etc.).
  • Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments.
  • Prepare survey plans, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Verify accuracy of survey computations and ensure compliance with geodetic standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders on survey findings.
  • Support project management tasks (scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring).
  • Prepare weekly progress reports and ensure timely survey outputs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Perform other related tasks necessary for project success.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Geodetic or Civil Engineer.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; preferably with at least 2 years of related experience.
  • Skilled in using surveying equipment (total station, GPS, level, etc.).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to travel frequently and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
