Job Description

We are looking for a Project Engineer (Civil or Geodetic Engineer) who will play a key role in planning, organizing, and overseeing surveying and engineering project activities. This role involves both office and fieldwork, requiring strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and adaptability to different project environments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and lead the activities of the geodetic surveying team.
  • Conduct land surveys to determine positions, measurements, elevations, contours, and other land features.
  • Collect and validate survey data using equipment such as total station, GPS, and levels.
  • Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and safekeeping of surveying instruments.
  • Analyze and interpret survey data to ensure compliance with project specifications and geodetic standards.
  • Verify accuracy of all survey-related mathematical calculations.
  • Prepare survey plans, drawings, and technical documents for project submission.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders regarding survey results and project updates.
  • Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and progress monitoring.
  • Identify and resolve survey-related issues that may affect project timelines or quality.
  • Submit timely progress reports and survey outputs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
  • Perform other related tasks as required for project completion.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Geodetic Engineer or Civil Engineer.
  • Open to fresh graduates; preferably with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledgeable in operating surveying equipment (total station, GPS, levels, etc.).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage survey teams.
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Willing to travel frequently to different project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
