This position is a key position for Etsuka growth. Must be challenging but exciting This is output based work. Even if you have your own business or small project as a freelancer you can start. We look for someone who can actively execute not only waiting for our instruction. Very simple job. Search new places for offline events such as bazaars, pop-ups, private/VIP events, etc.
Our first popup in BGC was the cafe that never had the popup before. Harry just approached them and convinced them to try to have the popup with us. This is how we do Person who has the entrepreneur mindset fits this role
Job description
- Find venues. Research for popup places, contact them and organize the event with founders.
- After listing the venues, approach them by email or Instagram. Visit there and convince/negotiate for holding our event. Talk to the owner and manager. This is how we do.
- After finding the venue, almost all the difficult parts were done. Then prepare the events with the sales, logistics, and inventory team. Book Lalamove for ingress and egress etc.
- We also organize the event monthly overseas. Sometimes we might ask you to fly overseas too but this is advanced level. Don't worry :) Manila first.
Requirement
- super high quality of communication skill
- Practices good business-to-business and business-to-customer communications
- Minimum one year experience in the related field
- Receptive and humble enough to receive the feedback from founders
- Experience as the business owner or freelancer (experience on executing by yourself) is a plus
- Salary and setup
- 30k~75k pesos, Starting output based.
- Part time / Full time
- Comfortable to work in the startup setup. Everything can be negotiable.
- Flexibility for hybrid work but work will be mainly onsite in the first months
