We are a fast-growing automotive care brand that offers premium services and products. We're looking for a dynamic and driven team member who can handle customer inquiries, manage admin tasks, create engaging content, and most importantly—close sales through outbound efforts.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Sales & Customer Service
- Proactively reach out to leads and potential clients via calls, messages, and email
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings/sales
- Present quotations, explain services clearly, and upsell add-ons when needed
- Maintain client database and track leads, opportunities, and conversions
Secretarial & Admin Support
- Manage schedules, appointments, and reports
- Organize files, invoices, and proposals
- Provide administrative support to the management team
Social Media Management
- Post and schedule content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Reply to DMs and comments to drive inquiries and engagement
- Support promotions, online campaigns, and basic content creation (Canva/CapCut)
- Proven sales skills (outbound selling, telesales, or customer conversion experience)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (Tagalog & English)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Familiar with social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok)
- Experience in admin/secretary work is an advantage
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with sales targets
