We are a fast-growing automotive care brand that offers premium services and products. We're looking for a dynamic and driven team member who can handle customer inquiries, manage admin tasks, create engaging content, and most importantly—close sales through outbound efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Customer Service

  • Proactively reach out to leads and potential clients via calls, messages, and email
  • Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings/sales
  • Present quotations, explain services clearly, and upsell add-ons when needed
  • Maintain client database and track leads, opportunities, and conversions

Secretarial & Admin Support

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and reports
  • Organize files, invoices, and proposals
  • Provide administrative support to the management team

Social Media Management

  • Post and schedule content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Reply to DMs and comments to drive inquiries and engagement
  • Support promotions, online campaigns, and basic content creation (Canva/CapCut)
Qualifications
  • Proven sales skills (outbound selling, telesales, or customer conversion experience)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (Tagalog & English)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Familiar with social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok)
  • Experience in admin/secretary work is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with sales targets
