Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Staff participates in planning and developing marketing programs, setting targets, and implementing sales strategies. He or she shall be able to support the growth and expansion of the company's services and products being offered and ensure strong business presence both physical and digital.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Has the product knowledge and provides excellent customer service,
  • Identifies and networks prospective customers,
  • Proactively follows up and drive sales leads and agents
  • Conducts product presentation to existing and potential customers,
  • Prepares sales quotations and product details,
  • Maintains good relationship and aftermarket service to existing clients,
  • Expands the customer base by gaining new customers and increases sales turnover,
  • Reports sales activities and revenue planning on a weekly and monthly basis,
  • Participates in the implementation of marketing programs such as email, social media or digital campaigns, events, and product brochures,
  • Maintains and develops Sales and Marketing collateral
  • Prepares sales reports
  • Maintains and develop Sales channels including Digital and physical media
  • Collaborates with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives,
  • Analyzes and reports on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns,
  • Conducts market research and studies trends to identify new marketing opportunities and
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any field of study
  • With at least 2 years related work experience in the same industry
  • Preferably with knowledge of various digital marketing, analytics tools and SEO
  • Good written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • With knowledge in video and photo editing software as well as full understanding on social media platforms
  • Willing to work onsite and do field work within Calabarzon, Manila and nearby
  • May travel to other parts of the country as needed.
