Are you passionate about people and creativity? Empire Designs is looking for an HR Manager to help nurture our dynamic team, champion our culture, and support the talent behind our inspired spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all employee concerns, including compensation, benefits, performance, training, and workplace issues.
  • Manages personal employee records, and maintains employee confidence by keeping human resources data confidential.
  • Documents and implements employee lifecycle management processes, which includes recruitment, interviews (both formal and informal), onboarding, retention, and off boarding.
  • Creates and supports people programs related to employee experience, training and development, engagement, performance evaluations, and rewards and recognition.
  • Manages issuance of memos, penalties, and any other reminders deemed necessary.
  • Implements and enforces conflict resolution policies to maintain a respectful and cooperative workplace.
  • Assess and manage employees' compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in HR; exposure to and knowledge about the Interior Design industry is a big plus.
  • With strong communication skills (both written and verbal.)
  • Good at problem solving, negotiation, conflict resolution.
  • Practices and observes discretion and ethics, especially dealing with confidential and sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
