We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Supervisor for a consulting company.

The Accounting Supervisor will oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of financial reporting for multiple clients. This role requires strong technical expertise in accounting, the ability to manage client relationships, and leadership skills to guide junior team members in a consulting or accounting services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, management reports, and schedules for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, company policies, and applicable financial reporting standards.
  • Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong client relationships to understand operational needs and provide expert accounting support.
  • Oversee monthly BIR filing of returns and ensure all statutory reports are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Lead the monthly and annual preparation of financial statements and related schedules.
  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Review and validate the work of accounting staff, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Coordinate with clients' internal teams and external auditors during audits and compliance reviews.
  • Assist in developing and improving accounting processes, systems, and internal controls.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with high attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, client-driven environment.
  • Experience in a consulting, outsourcing, or accounting services firm is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in Makati City from Monday to Friday (on-site, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
