Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Accounting Supervisor, based out of Makati, with the flexibility to work from home. The Financial Accounting Supervisor will oversee the preparation, analysis, and review of financial statements and reports. The role includes ensuring compliance with accounting standards, supervising the finance and accounting team, and providing insights through financial analysis to support business decisions. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, streamlining accounting processes, and collaborating with other departments on fiscal matters.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Proven expertise in Accounting and Finance principles
  • Highly proficient in Analytical Skills and data interpretation
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in supervising teams or managing financial operations is a plus
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools; advanced Excel skills are preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA qualification is an advantage
