Main purpose of the Buying & Merch Ops Coordinator role:

This is a full-time role for a candidate who is driven by the operational aspect of the buying and merchandising apparel process. Responsibilities include handling data entry, managing routine communications across departments, facilitating responses to key processes, and assisting with purchase order management. This position requires an out of the box thinker with exceptional organization and critical thinking skills that will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

● Assist in the creation and management of regular reports, ensuring timely follow-through and completion.

● Communicate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

● Own reporting tasks from start to finish with accountability and a sense of urgency.

● Assist in managing routine communications across multiple departments.

● Serve as a liaison to facilitate responses and updates on key processes and requests.

● Accurately enter and manage data into internal systems.

● Manage some aspects of purchase orders.

● Strong analytical skills, good judgment, creativity, and enthusiasm.

Minimum Qualifications:

● Similar experience in an operations or analytic reporting role.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.

● Understanding of garment attributes.
