Duties and Responsibilities

A. Collections Responsibilities

  • Account Monitoring and Follow-Up
  • Monitor assigned borrower accounts and ensure timely collection of loan repayments.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, texts, emails, and in-person visits for due and delinquent accounts.
  • Maintain an updated record of payment commitments and actual collections.
  • Client Communication
  • Professionally communicate with clients to remind them of upcoming or overdue payments.
  • Coordinate repayment arrangements or restructuring plans with clients when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive client relationship while ensuring adherence to company collection policies.
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
  • Record all collection activities, payments, and communications in the system.
  • Ensure safekeeping and proper handling of post-dated checks and payment receipts.
  • Coordination with Other Departments
  • Coordinate with the Loans, Accounting, and Legal departments for payment posting, reconciliation, or delinquent account handling.
  • Recommend accounts for legal endorsement or restructuring when needed.
  • Compliance and Ethics
  • Follow ethical collection practices in line with BSP, SEC, and company guidelines.
  • Handle client information and financial data with confidentiality and professionalism.

B. Other Responsibilities

  • Document Transport and Coordination
  • Safely and efficiently deliver and retrieve documents between branches, main office, and partner institutions.
  • Ensure all documents are properly logged, signed, and transmitted to the correct recipient.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all company documents handled.
  • Branch Coordination Support
  • Assist in transmitting signed loan documents, contracts, and other official papers between branches.
  • Coordinate with branch managers and staff to ensure timely submission and processing of requirements..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
