Reports To: Sales Manager

Brief Description

The purpose of this position is to manage customer accounts and make sure assigned customer accounts are buying regularly at the right prices, and collections are prompt.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management
  • Close new accounts for the company
  • Maintain the relationship of the current accounts of the company
  • Processes the orders of the account
  • Manages and negotiates the receivables of the accounts
  • Does forecasting on how much products he/she can liquidate
  • Has the prerogative to give a better price to the account
  • Does reconciliation of invoices of accounts with inaccuracies of data

Inter-department responsibilities

  • Works closely with the other departments to achieve the department goals
  • Work closely within the department for new products and product positions

Data Gathering

  • Gathers competitor's movement
  • Gathers market movement of goods especially price

Reporting

  • Does performance reports of the accounts
  • Present his/her own performance report on a weekly or monthly basis

  • With experience in handling Wet Market/ Distributors /Supermarket is a plus

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Knowledge of high volume sales, collection and billing procedures and practices.
  • Should know how to drive a motorcycle
