JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare and review client billings based on verified timesheets, job orders, and approved manpower deployments.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of billing attachments (timesheets, accomplishment reports, JO/PO, etc.).
  • Coordinate with HR, and Operations to confirm deployment and service details prior to billing submission.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and maintain updated A/R aging reports.
  • Follow up and communicate with clients regarding payment schedules, collection status, and discrepancies.
  • Post and reconcile collections, ensuring all receipts are properly recorded.
  • Identify potential collection issues and recommend strategies to address delays or disputes.
  • Generate monthly A/R reports for management review.
  • Analyze collection trends to support financial forecasting.
  • Prepare supporting documents for audits, financial statements, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients' accounting representatives.
  • Ensure adherence to FFCT's internal accounting policies, DOLE compliance, and client billing protocols.
  • Support the Finance Officer in month-end closing, audit preparations, and other accounting functions.
  • Recommend process enhancements to improve billing efficiency and collection turnaround time.
  • Keep updated with best practices and regulatory changes relevant to construction finance and manpower contracting.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within construction, subcontracting, or manpower services.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High sense of accountability, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
