About the Role

We are looking for a Contact Center Process Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, a good communicator, and able to handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy. This role involves supporting customers through various communication channels while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, or emails in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer concerns
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
  • Meet performance metrics and service level standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
  • College or highschool undergraduate or graduate are welcome to apply
