As the Business Process Senior Associate for Deal Desk, you will perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. You will apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems. You'll assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems and seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.

*Position Responsibilities*

• Create accounts, quotes, order forms, using the team's applicable tool and platforms
• Manage contracts and ensures client billing setups are correct
• Update billing profiles and revenue mappings
• Communicates to internal and external stakeholders
• Handles regular call with account and partner managers
• Performs a range of tasks from complex to straightforward within the scope of the function

Qualifications
*Minimum Qualifications*

• At least 6 months experience in drafting contracts
• Knowledge of contracting concepts and ability to draft contracts with or without templates and guidelines
• Ability to conduct simple integrity checks and edit drafts according to findings in accordance with prescribed templates and guidelines.
• Should be extremely thorough and detail oriented, as the job largely consists of reading through contractual documents line by line.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to express themselves effectively and accurately in writing to avoid any confusion in the agreements.
• Able to manage their time efficiently, as many contracts and deals are time sensitive.
• Work independently without supervision.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
