JOB SUMMARY: The Retail Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing the performance and growth of all retail stores and online sales channels. This role ensures operational excellence, drives sales and profitability, and delivers a superior customer experience across all concepts. The position leads store managers, coordinates with fulfilment and logistics teams, and implements strategies to optimize store operations, inventory, and staff performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage all retail and online operations across multiple store concepts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, profit, and customer service targets.
  • Oversee regional, area, and store management teams.
  • Ensure efficient integration of in-store and online order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in multi-store retail operations.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
