The Retail Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the performance of all retail stores and personnel for all brands under Tenkie Box Concepts Inc. He/She also responsible for monitoring, controlling and reporting store transactions. He/she is also expected to maintain proper documentation of transactions and address issues that may hinder store operations including dealing with customer concerns. He/she is responsible for the day to day store operations and maintenance. He/she will coordinate with the department managers, with the sales experts under him/her and with the management.

Qualifications

- Has sufficient background in retail marketing

- Familiar with retailing business model

- Has the ability to provide quality customer service

- At least 2 years of experience in retail store operations

- Good leadership skills

- Average communication and people skills

- Good decision making

- Computer literate

- Demonstrated strategic capabilities, strong analytical acumen and the ability to think conceptually.

- Must be a graduate of any business related

- With at least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar industry

- Experience in forecasting and inventory management preferably in retail industry is a plus
