A Business Development and Marketing Officer is responsible for driving cooperative growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic marketing initiatives that generate leads, close deals, and strengthen market presence across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns, content, and digital presence to generate leads.
  • Manage proposals, negotiations, and the sales pipeline while supporting branding, partnerships, and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2–4 years in business development, sales, or marketing. Experience in BPO, manpower operations, or staffing industries is a strong plus.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong background in proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing campaigns and digital tools
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills

Work Setup: Hybrid, with up to 50% travel to client sites, industry events, or partner meetings.
